Position of ALPENSIA RESORT

ALPENSIA RESORT is the one of newest ski resorts and it worked as the headquarter for 2018 WINTER OLYMPICS.

It is the high land at 700 meters from the sea level. This means the average temperature is lower than SEOUL by 3-5 degrees. I.e., No need to worry the melting snow on the plus degree weather. (but, very rare during DEC – FEB) 

Also, the queue at each lift station is very short and you don’t need to line up long time. (This is the most important advantage if you were KOREAN.)

Because ALPENSIA RESORT is located at 200KM from SEOUL, though you can enjoy the day ski trip from SEOUL, we recommend you stay at/nearby the resort for a night, or more because you can ski without interfering by many crowd.

You will stay outside the resort

You will stay at PYONGCHANG RAMADA HOTEL & SUITE, which is 7KM away from ALPENSIA RESORT.

Up to 3 people, we will arrange FAMILY TWIN room with one double bed + one single bed. Because we don’t know how many  your family join this tour, we cannot include the breakfast. But, you can easily order the breakfast upon check-in.

First day, you will check in hotel after skiing around 5pm.

Second day, our driver will pick you up at 08:30 AM upon check-out and bring you to ALPENSIA RESORT again.

Around 17:00, he will bring you to SEOUL after your skiing at ALPENSIA RESORT. 

Period regarded as weekend

Please understand that if you start this tour during 20-31 DEC 2019, we have no choice but to apply the weekend price because this is the peak demand period.

Ski gears & lift pass

Please note that the ski related items (e.g., ski lift pass, ski gears, or ski clothes rental) are optional. Therefore, you can decide the quantity of the ski items – such as ski gear rental, ski clothes rental – when you arrive at the resort.
