2. Cancelation and Refund for the tours including accommodation
- If you cancel at least 4 weeks in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel between 4 weeks and 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 10% cancellation fee.
- If you cancel between 2 weeks and 1 week in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 20% cancellation fee.
- If you cancel within 1 week of the scheduled departure, there is a 40% cancellation fee.
- Deposits will be refunded less a handling charge.
3. Cancelation and Refund for the tours without accommodation
- If you cancel at least 14th day in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel between 13th day and 7th day in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 20% cancellation fee.
- If you cancel between 6th day and 2nd day in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 40% cancellation fee.
- If you cancel on tour day, there is a 60% cancellation fee.
- Deposits will be refunded less a handling charge.
4. Additional Information
- Confirmation will be received within 24 hours, subject to availability.
- The schedule of the visiting location is subject to change depending on weather conditions.
